The ECDC Communicable Disease Threats Report (CDTR) is a weekly bulletin for epidemiologists and health professionals on active public health threats. This issue of the CDTR covers the period 16-22 November 2024 and includes updates on chikungunya, dengue, avian influenza, West Nile virus, mpox, severe floods in eastern Spain, identification of cVDPV2 in sewage samples, and an overview of respiratory virus epidemiology in the EU/EEA.
