The ECDC Communicable Disease Threats Report (CDTR) is a weekly bulletin for epidemiologists and health professionals on active public health threats. This issue of the CDTR covers the period 26 October – 1 November 2024 and includes updates on the severe flooding in Eastern Spain, SARS-CoV-2 variants, avian influenza A(H5N1), West Nile Virus infection, dengue, Mpox, Marburg virus disease (MVD), and Oropouche virus disease.
