Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Excel VBA Macro Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex Excel-based tools and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in VBA programming, Excel functions, and integrating Excel with databases and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Excel VBA macros, user forms, and automation scripts
• Optimize existing Excel-based tools for better performance and usability
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Automate data processing tasks using Excel, VBA, and potentially other tools (e.g., Power Query, SQL)
• Integrate Excel with external data sources (e.g., Access, SQL Server, APIs)
• Conduct UAT and end-user training as needed
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and security of data processing routines
• Troubleshoot and debug existing Excel/VBA solutions
• Maintain version control and documentation for all developed tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 12+ years of experience in Excel VBA Macro development
• Strong understanding of Excel formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modeling
• Expertise in writing and debugging complex VBA scripts and user forms
• Experience with Excel automation using Power Query or Office Scripts (optional but desirable)
• Experience working with databases (SQL Server, Access, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with integration of Excel with APIs or third-party applications is a bonus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
